倒激分为倒圆角和倒平角。

最平常的方式是知道圆弧或平角的两个座标点,圆角用G02/G03,平角用G01编程出来。

简易编程知道一个座标点就可以了,用两条线中间倒R5圆角做例子:先知道两条线的交点座标。然后用G01XY(交点的座标),R5.;就可以加工出来R5的倒角了。平角用G01XY(交点的座标),C5.;即可。

注意滚者一点,用简易编程之后,一定要指定刀具行走的方向,否则数控系带备塌统将报警。
