側欄跟隨滾動條js

1. javascript中如可控制iframe的滾動條位置

滾動條始終在來最下端自:

3. js怎麼實現讓屏幕上的二維碼可以隨滾動條滾動，等二維碼到瀏覽器最上面以後就固定在那邊，求代碼。
