A. 全球網速最快的國家全球網速最快的國家排名

北京時間8月28日上午消息，據國外媒體周四報道，美國通信業工人協會(以下簡稱「CWA」)發布的最新報告顯示，就平均互聯網網速而言，美國落後大部分發達國家。而中國的平均互聯網下載速度為2.37Mbps，排名全球第71。

報告顯示，韓國互聯網平均下載速度排名全球第一，目前為20.91Mbps。這一數字超過美國的4倍，後者為5.1Mbps。從全球來看，美國平均互聯網網速僅排名28。根據目前發展情況，美國需15年時間才能在這一方面追上韓國。

CWA報告同時顯示，美國互聯網下載速度最快的地區為東北部，而最慢的地區包括阿拉斯加州、愛達荷州、蒙大拿州和懷俄明州。從2007年至2009年，美國互聯網平均下載速度僅增長了1.6Mbps，從3.5Mbps上升至5.1Mbps。

CWA報告基於「Speed Matters網速測試」項目，這一項目監測用戶互聯網連接速度。2009年的報告集合了來自超過41.3萬名互聯網用戶的數據，這些用戶在2008年5月至2009年5月之間參與了網速測試。

研究顯示，僅20%參與測試的美國用戶互聯網網速達到前三名國家的水平。更值得警惕的是，18%美國用戶互聯網網速未達到美國聯邦通信委員會定義的寬頻標准，即下行速率保持在至少768kbps。

CWA在報告中稱，就業人數的增長、創新和農村地區開發需要速度更快，范圍更普及的網路。數據顯示，在寬頻基礎設施領域每投資50億美元，就能夠在電信、計算機和IT行業創造9.75萬個新的工作機會。

CWA總裁拉里·科恩(Larry Cohen)表示：「每一名美國人都應擁有可承受的高速互聯網接入，無論他們生活在何處。這對於經濟增長非常必要，將幫助保持我們的全球競爭力。」

CWA報告中全球各地網速數據來自SpeedTest.net網站。數據顯示，中國互聯網平均下載速度為2.37Mbps，僅為第一名韓國的11.3%。而平均上傳速度為1.18Mbps，排名全球第35。
