A. 全球网速最快的国家全球网速最快的国家排名

北京时间8月28日上午消息，据国外媒体周四报道，美国通信业工人协会(以下简称“CWA”)发布的最新报告显示，就平均互联网网速而言，美国落后大部分发达国家。而中国的平均互联网下载速度为2.37Mbps，排名全球第71。

报告显示，韩国互联网平均下载速度排名全球第一，目前为20.91Mbps。这一数字超过美国的4倍，后者为5.1Mbps。从全球来看，美国平均互联网网速仅排名28。根据目前发展情况，美国需15年时间才能在这一方面追上韩国。

CWA报告同时显示，美国互联网下载速度最快的地区为东北部，而最慢的地区包括阿拉斯加州、爱达荷州、蒙大拿州和怀俄明州。从2007年至2009年，美国互联网平均下载速度仅增长了1.6Mbps，从3.5Mbps上升至5.1Mbps。

CWA报告基于“Speed Matters网速测试”项目，这一项目监测用户互联网连接速度。2009年的报告集合了来自超过41.3万名互联网用户的数据，这些用户在2008年5月至2009年5月之间参与了网速测试。

研究显示，仅20%参与测试的美国用户互联网网速达到前三名国家的水平。更值得警惕的是，18%美国用户互联网网速未达到美国联邦通信委员会定义的宽带标准，即下行速率保持在至少768kbps。

CWA在报告中称，就业人数的增长、创新和农村地区开发需要速度更快，范围更普及的网络。数据显示，在宽带基础设施领域每投资50亿美元，就能够在电信、计算机和IT行业创造9.75万个新的工作机会。

CWA总裁拉里·科恩(Larry Cohen)表示：“每一名美国人都应拥有可承受的高速互联网接入，无论他们生活在何处。这对于经济增长非常必要，将帮助保持我们的全球竞争力。”

CWA报告中全球各地网速数据来自SpeedTest.net网站。数据显示，中国互联网平均下载速度为2.37Mbps，仅为第一名韩国的11.3%。而平均上传速度为1.18Mbps，排名全球第35。
